- 20-week course
- 400+ hrs of EMS training
- 150+ hours of mentorship, coaching and fitness
- 12 college credits from Southwestern College
- Earned monthly stipend of $1500
- Career Guidance/Support Post-Program
- High school diploma or equivalency if possible
- Aged 17.5 to 26
- Have a valid driver's license
- Able to meet the State of California EMS Bureau EMT Background Guidelines.
